Munchkin Miracle Cups, Are These The Best Sippy Cups For Toddlers?

I’m always on the hunt for new and exciting things for my toddler and I think this find is freakin’ awesome. So, I came across the most amazing thing and it’s something that we are all familiar with but this is the first time I’ve seen it for a toddler. Munchkin miracle cups are the best sippy cups for toddler’s hands down. And this new one just adds to that notion.

The Munchkin Miracle 360 Fruit Infuser Sippy Cup is made for toddlers 20 months and up so I was happy when I came across it and was able to order it for my little monster. Because of course, Yaaah, he’s now 21 months old. I can’t wait for my package to arrive and see his face when I give him this cup for the first time. (Update to come!)

But First, What Is The Munchkin Miracle 360 Cup?

If you aren’t familiar with the Munchkin Miracle 360 Sippy Cup, let me fill you in. This is by far the best sippy cup to start your little one on. And don’t worry, the 360 Miracle cups are for toddlers starting at 6 months. It’s the perfect cup when introducing a sippy cup for two reasons.

One, it’s a miracle cup. What this means is no matter where on the cup your little one tries to drink they will be able to sip away. There is no wrong way to sip here unless the cup is upside down.

Two, it’s a miracle cup. There is no spill and no fuss. You can turn this cup every which way and no liquid will spill from it. The 360-degree drinking edge eliminates spills completely, and the cup automatically seals when your toddler stops drinking.

I was so happy to introduce this cup to my son when he turned 6 months and I think one of my favorite things about this sippy cup was that there is no spout. Personally, I don’t like sippy cups that have spouts or straws or any little pieces that I feel like I can’t clean enough and could grow bacteria.

Jayden and the Miracle 360 Cup

My son is 21 months and still uses his cup!

This is a simple sippy cup, it comes in three pieces, you take it apart, wash it, boil it, steam it, dishwasher it, whatever and it’s cleaner than ever. How do you clean a straw? Because believe me, I’ve tried and I can’t seem to get it clean enough so guess what? It goes in the trash.

You don’t have to worry about that with the Munchkin Miracle 360 Sippy Cup. So, Moms, if you haven’t tried this sippy cup, try it now. Believe me, you’ll thank me later.

This miracle cup is one that sticks by its word. I’ve been using them for about fifteen months now and I don’t plan on stopping.

Every product has a flaw right, so what’s this one?

For me, the one flaw I can honestly say about this cup is when my son throws it, liquid does spill from it when it hits the floor, but what can I expect? My son has literally thrown his cups across the room of course something is going to come out.

But on the plus side, his cups don’t spill any other time than that. We can go in the car, sit on the couch, in his crib, on my bed, and I don’t have to worry about him spilling his water, apple juice or formula.

If your toddler is just starting the sippy cup journey and you want to give these wonderful cups a try, check out the Munchkin Miracle 360 Trainer Cups. These are the exact same cups I started my little guy on and they were a godsend. Plus, they are BPA free and dishwasher safe.

There was no transition for my son when I gave him this cup. I have read reviews from parents saying that it was hard for their baby to take to the 360 cups right away. The only thing I can suggest in this case is to keep at it. Babies will learn to adjust. If you keep giving your baby the cup they will come around to it and you will be happy you eliminated the in between spout phase.

Because I gave my son this cup right away, he’s now knows how to drink from an adult cup. Granted, there’s a big mess that comes along with that because he’s just not ready, but he knows how to pick the cup up and drink from it.

I think it’s a great idea to introduce these cups as oppose to cups with spouts because cups with spouts can have a negative effect on toddlers and their growing teeth. Before you know it, you can remove the top part of the cup and start teaching your little one to drink without it.

The design of this cup is genius, making it easy to use and clean.

And you know what? Parents are going crazy for this new sippy cup. Their toddlers love it and it’s such a great way to keep your toddler hydrated and healthy.

Upon doing some research, another interesting piece of info I’ve found is, if by chance you lose the top to your awesome new sippy cup and you have another Miracle 360 cup, the top should fit it just the same because Munchkin’s cups have the same diameter so you can switch out tops as you need to of please to.

One parent loved the contrast of switching the colors on their kids cups and thought it looked cool, so if you’re one of those parents, then, there you go.

Can’t Wait??

This actually nothing short of brilliant! It is not the actual cup that I love but the introduction from an incredibly early age of the healthy eating (drinking) of infused fruit that I really like.

Hopefully products like these very subtly lead to a healthier generation…and learn from the “Big Mac and Fries” generation!

    1. Thanks Derek. I think it’s important that we start these habits early in our children and forgo the big macs. That’s the message I am trying to send to the newer generation of parents. Thanks for reading my post and sharing your thoughts.

  2. I have about 4 of the 360 cups and we’ll never go back to regular sippy cups! I used regular sippy cups in the beginning, and I didn’t like trying to clean them. It seems they never go back together properly, or they start to leak. A friend showed me the Munchkin cup, and it’s been smooth sailing since.
I did not know there was a fruit infusion cup though, I’m going to get one. My son also isn’t really a fan of water, this seems like it might work!

    1. Hi Chandra, I’m hoping it works also. Thanks for reading my post. I am a huge fan of the Munchkin 360 cups.

  3. Jeffrey Teo says:

Your post on these 360 series is awesome. Before I read your post, I didn’t even know that such non-spill cup exists. Thanks for sharing and it’s good.

    1. Thanks Jeffrey, glad I could help.

  5. Good information. This is first time I know this brand. My daughter is 4 and we get used to drink warm water. Can these ones keep water warm?

    1. Hi Juliana, yes, these cups can hold warm liquid. I wouldn’t put hot liquid though because the cup could get pretty hot to touch but I’ve put luke warm chocolate milk in it and my son was fine. Thanks for commenting. Hope this helped.

  6. This product reminds me of my childhood 🙂 very interesting post, I did not know that these specific ones even exist. Thank you for this article it was very helpful.

    1. Hi Marko, thanks for commenting. Glad to bring back those memories. These cups are awesome.

  7. Lauren says:

I love the Munchkin Miracle Cups! They really last forever- my 3 year-old still uses the same ones we bought when he was just over 12 months. I had no idea that they made a Fruit Infuser Cup! I may have to get a couple of those. Even the older kids may want one, haha!

    1. Thanks Lauren. So do I. My son has had his forever and they are still going strong. I’m so excited about the fruit infuser cup. Thanks for commenting.

  8. I love these cups! I had something similar for my kids when they were little. Even now I still use them in the car for water. They are great for a night too as they don’t spill anything on to the bed. My kids are 10 and 12 now so these cups really do last a long time!
I really like the look of the fruit one too, as that would certainly encourage fussy toddlers to drink their water.
Thanks for a great, interesting review.

    1. Hi Helen, I love them also. They are so great for kids and for me in the car because I can’t drive and not spill something on myself. lol. Thanks for sharing your experience with us and reading my latest post.

  9. Madysen says:

    Hi Jen!

I am so glad I found this post. My daughter is 8 months old and is just now starting to grasp the idea of drinking from anything else aside from her bottle.

She has always had a hard time when it comes to drinking/sucking- which is why I couldn’t breastfeed so I knew drinking form a straw or sippy cup would be a total learning curve. But, with the 360 trainer cups, it might help her!

I am totally going to buy these and I’m so excited because they are a great price as well! I will let you know how it goes, thanks for sharing!

    Madysen

    1. Hi Madysen, these cups are so great for the learning baby transitioning from a bottle to a cup. With no spout and the 360 rim it’s easier for them to learn to drink from a normal cup and eliminate all the mess at the same time. Please let me know how it turn out.
